Amend Shipping Address

Refund / Exchange
Damaged / Incorrect Item
We will check our products and ensure no defects before we mailed.
However, in any unfortunate case that your order is damaged or incorrect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt including photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect item, as well as the packaging it arrived in.
Returns / Refunds
Unfortunately, we don't usually accept returns and refunds due to limited stock basis. However if there’s an issue with your order please email us at email@example.com.
Personalized products are any products which have been personalized / customized / tailored / monogrammed to your specifications. These products (when delivered as described and in good condition) cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned after the order has been placed.
The customer is held responsible for any customer generated mistakes:
- wrong selection of colour
- wrong appearance of colour
- wrong order quantity
- typographical errors in spelling (initials)
